Materials used are professional quality, FDA approved food safe epoxy resin, non toxic, paint, oil and wax.
Embellished area is underpainted to give a deeper richer look.
The Ocean Waves look is designed and created by manipulating tinted resin with heat and air.
The only epoxy resin we use on all our products is Artresin Brand. Artresin is food safe, UV protected, easy to clean, strong and shines like glass.
Resin allowed to dry for 72 hours to fully cure.
After fully dry the exposed acacia areas are treated with food safe, Premium oil and allowed to dry.
After 2 hours food safe wax is applied and allowed to dry, then board is hand rubbed to seal in the oil and add to the longevity of this product.
This Board is premium quality inside and out. We take the extra steps needed to make sure your Charcuterie board lasts for years to come. For example wood area under resin and embellishments is sealed to ensure proper adhesion and longevity.

Acacia wood l is naturally resistant to food-borne bacteria and fungi. Its hard, durable, resistant to cracking and wear.
ArtResin has been evaluated by a certified toxicologist at the American Society for Testing and Materials as being non-toxic when used as directed (conforms to ASTM D4236). It is formulated using the highest quality materials and therefore produces no VOCs or fumes. It is a clean system, meaning there are no solvents or non-reactive diluents—everything in it reacts so nothing is free to become airborne and cause health issues. It is also non-flammable in its liquid form.
