Metallic Blue Embellished Charcuterie board. 19 x 6.25 inches with coloured glass, mirrored glass, and certified food safe resin.
Embellished area was sealed and under painted prior to adding embellishments.
Finished with a thick coat of food safe epoxy resin that is very durable and shines like glass.
The only epoxy resin we use on all our products is Artresin Brand. Artresin is food safe, no VOC's or BPA's
Created on Eco friendly, Paddle Board style, Bamboo cutting board.
Board is fine sanded prior to start of creation process for a nice smooth surface. Board area were embellished, is sealed and allowed to dry for 24 hours prior to applying paint, resin and embellishment to ensure proper adhesion.
The entire back is taped off for nice clean edges.
After fully dry the exposed bamboo areas are treated with food safe wood oil and allowed to dry for 2 hours. After 2 hours, natural, food safe wood wax is applied and allowed to dry, then hand rubbed to seal in the oil and add to the longevity of this product.
Bamboo is the choice of many, it is sustainable, renewable and needs no chemicals to grow or be harvested, absorbs less liquid, all-natural antibacterial, antimicrobial properties.
