Premium acrylic primer is applied to 3.5 inch square tiles and allowed to dry for at least 24 hours.
Each coasters is hand painted (2 coats).
Quality glitter star stickers are applied.
Premium professional quality resin is poured onto tiles and stars and dried for at least 72 hours.
Backs are painted with thick coat of acrylic paint.
Soft plastic furniture protectors are installed using industrial strength adhesive.
All my coasters are made on quality ceramic tile that is primed and sealed prior to applying resin to ensure a quality end product.
We use only the highest quality epoxy resin that is uv protected, heat resistant, hard as glass, food safe and shine like glass.
The backs of all coasters are painted and signed.

- ArtResin has been evaluated by a certified toxicologist at the American Society for Testing and Materials as being non-toxic when used as directed (conforms to ASTM D4236). It is formulated using the highest quality materials and therefore produces no VOCs or fumes. It is a clean system, meaning there are no solvents or non-reactive diluents—everything in it reacts so nothing is free to become airborne and cause health issues. It is also non-flammable in its liquid form. For all these reasons, it is therefore classified as a non-hazardous material and is shippable by air. Furthermore, many curatives have a powerful odor, however ArtResin has only a low odor and is applicator friendly.
