Acacia is known for being a durable wood which is generally resistant to scratches.
Retains its natural oils well and is a chemical free wood.
Original green and metallic gold, abstract was created at one end of board and allowed to dry fully prior to epoxy resin application.
Entire painted area is covered with a thick layer of food safe Artresin brand, epoxy resin.

This board has been treated with a generous layer of premium food safe wood oil and wax which have both been allowed to soak in for 2 hours each. Hand rubbed to gorgeous natural finish.
In time your charcuterie board will need a new application (of oil and wax) which is easy to do yourself to retain beauty and add to longevity of this piece.

Apply coat of food safe oil, I recommend oil designed for wood cutting boards. Food safe (white label) mineral oil can also be used.
Sealing oil in with food safe wood cutting board wax will help your board last much longer and keep it looking great.
NOT dishwasher safe. Do not submerge.
Abstract Green and Metallic Gold Acacia Wood Charcuterie Board
All my charcuterie boards are created on organic, sustainable, food safe woods.
Boards are sanded prior to decorating.
Backs are taped off so you are left with a nice clean finish and to make sure there are no sharp edges on the reverse side.
Embellished area is taped off and sealed prior to adding resin and embellishments to ensure proper finish and adhesion.
Certified food safe (Artresin brand) epoxy resin and embellishments added and board is covered for 24 hour cure.
After resin has cured the exposed wood areas are sanded front and back to remove any imperfections that may have occurred during creating.
Food safe oil is applied and allowed to soak in for 2 hours.
Food safe wax is applied and allowed to soak in for 2 hours.
Entire board is then hand rubbed to attain a nice smooth polished finish.
